Glazed Tile Primer is the smart solution for refreshing tiled surfaces without the expense of retiling. Specially formulated for glazed ceramic tiles, it creates a strong, reliable bond that allows you to paint over bathroom and kitchen tiles with confidence.
Its excellent adhesion ensures that topcoats grip securely, while its resilience against steam and water means your newly painted tiles can face humid, wet conditions within 24 hours of finishing. With the right preparation, Glazed Tile Primer transforms tired tiles into a fresh, modern surface that lasts.
Where to use it:
• Bathrooms and kitchens
• Glazed ceramic tiles needing a new finish
Surface Preparation & Application:
• Wash tiles with soap and water, allow to dry
• Scrub grouting with Paintcor Ushevu to kill algae, rinse and dry
• Wipe tiles with lacquer thinners or methylated spirits to remove grease
• Apply 1 even coat of Glazed Tile Primer by brush or roller (avoid thick application)
• Finish with 2 topcoats of EnviroCoat, Elegance, or EnduraCoat in your chosen color
• Allow 24 hours before exposing to steam or water; full adhesion achieved in 7 days
Important Note:
Apply evenly—do not spread too thin or streaks may occur.

• Clean tools with water immediately after use
• Store in cool, dry conditions away from children
