School Fuel partners with schools to curate quality essentials for learners and deliver them in one convenient monthly drop at the school. Families order online; we do the rest.

Use “Become a Partner School” to request that we onboard your school. We’ll contact the school’s leadership and get them onboard
We deliver in bulk to the school on a scheduled monthly date. No courier booking or fees needed. The school will handle the handouts to the parents / kids.
There are no courier fees for partner schools. Delivery is covered as part of the School Fuel service.
Delivery schedules will be communicated with schools, as it depends in what area or region your school is based.
We make use of PayFast Payment Gateway to process transactions. We accept Credit Cards, Visa, and Mastercard. Payments are processed securely. We don’t store your card details as all of that is managed by the Payment Processor (PayFast).
You can edit or cancel before your order’s status has changed to “Processing”. You do this by simply logging into your School Fuel account and view “My Orders”. Regrettably, if your order status has changed to “Processing”, you will not be able to make any changes to that order and you might have to request a refund because that means your order has been sourced and is busy being packed.
We’ll notify you at checkout or by email. You can choose an alternative, accept a back-order (if available), or receive a refund for that item.
Unopened/unused items can be returned via the school within 7 days of hand-out. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll replace or refund promptly.
Absolutely. Headmasters/teachers can order classroom supplies via their Headmaster Dashboard or by creating their own account on School Fuel and selecting their school on regitration.
Yes. We follow POPIA best practices, payment is handled by PayFast, and we only use your data to fulfil orders and support your school program.
