FloorCoat is more than a floor paint—it’s a hardworking finish that brings strength, style, and simplicity to every step. Formulated for domestic and light industrial interiors, this alkyd polyurethane coating dries to a tough, medium-gloss surface that resists stains, household chemicals, and everyday wear.
Whether you’re refreshing a concrete floor, sealing porous tiles, or protecting wooden surfaces, FloorCoat delivers excellent adhesion and easy cleaning. It’s a single-pack system—no catalyst required—and designed for interior use only. Available in a range of standard colours, it adds practical beauty to high-traffic areas without compromising durability.

Surface Preparation & Application:
• New or Unpainted Floors:
• Ensure moisture level is below 15%.
• Clean and degrease if needed.
• Acid wash with undiluted hydrochloric acid, rinse immediately and thoroughly.
• Allow to dry completely.
• Apply first coat diluted with 10% mineral turpentine (100ml per 1L or 500ml per 5L).
• Allow 6 hours to dry at 25°C.
• Apply second coat undiluted.
• Previously Painted Floors:
• Confirm compatibility—FloorCoat is not suitable over epoxy coatings.
• Remove loose or peeling paint.
• Treat exposed concrete as per new floor instructions.
• Degrease, rinse, and dry thoroughly.
• Sand existing paint to a clean matte finish and remove dust.
• Prime exposed concrete with diluted FloorCoat (10% turpentine).
• Allow 6 hours to dry at 25°C.
• Apply 2 coats of undiluted FloorCoat, allowing drying between coats.
Application Tips:
• Use brush, mohair roller, or spray.
• For spray application, dilute with 10% mineral turpentine.
• Avoid applying near open flames—FloorCoat is flammable.
Cleanup & Storage:
• Clean tools with mineral turpentine immediately after use.
• Store in cool, dry conditions away from children and heat sources.
