With excellent flexibility, UV resistance, and long-term durability, it’s supplied as a saturator and topcoat combo—making it cost-effective and ideal for multi-surface protection.

AquaSeal is more than a waterproofing system—it’s a promise of protection, comfort, and peace of mind. Engineered as a seamless, fibre-reinforced acrylic coating, AquaSeal incorporates a non-woven Geo-Fabric membrane to deliver long-lasting elasticity, UV resistance, and water resilience—even in areas where water ponds.
Whether you’re sealing a flat deck roof, parapet wall, window sill, or overlap, AquaSeal adapts to your surface with strength and flexibility. It’s a minimum four-coat system, supplied in two parts—Saturator and Topcoat—to keep costs reasonable while ensuring high performance.

Surface Preparation & Application:
• Clean surface thoroughly and ensure it’s dry
• Seal with AcrySeal (or CemenTek for damp/new slabs)
• Apply AquaSeal Saturator and embed membrane using dabbing motion
• Apply 1–2 additional coats of Saturator to fully seal membrane
• Finish with 2 topcoats of AquaSeal, RuvAcryl, or Elegance Silk
Maintenance & Guarantee:
• AquaSeal finish: 5-year guarantee with topcoat refresh after 3 years
• RuvAcryl/Elegance finish: 10-year guarantee with topcoat refresh after 5 years
• Annual inspections required; keep downpipes clear and roof debris-free
Application Equipment:
Brush, sheepskin/synthetic roller, or spray
Cleanup & Storage:
• Clean tools with water immediately after use
• Store in cool, dry conditions away from children
